Electronic Attendance Policy

The attendance policy at RSM Arabia for Training aims to clarify the regulatory procedures for synchronous electronic attendance, as synchronous electronic attendance refers to virtual presence in virtual classes and ensuring the trainee's presence at the actual time of the lesson. Therefore, regulatory policies and procedures for synchronous electronic attendance have been developed, as follows:

- Electronic attendance through virtual classes is considered equivalent to regular attendance.

- Attendance hours are provided through synchronous virtual classes at a minimum of 25% of the program/course hours when training is provided in the asynchronous electronic mode in programs that last more than a month.

- Attendance hours are provided through synchronous virtual classes at a minimum of 25% of the program hours in the case of blended education (whether virtual or regular attendance) in programs that last more than a month.

- Everyone's commitment to attendance according to the training program schedule.

- The trainee must attend no less than (25%) of the hours allocated to the program in which he is registered.

- Attendance and absence are recorded, documented and monitored according to the following mechanism:

. The attendance statement issued by the platform, which shows the period of time the trainee attended.

- If the trainee does not adhere to the minimum percentage of "electronic attendance" - which has been approved - this will lead to the application of the following procedures:

- Denial of entry to the exam

Absence with an excuse: Obtaining the approval of the supervisory authority regarding the excuse provided

- Absence without an excuse: Denial of entry to the exam

This attendance policy applies to all trainees enrolled in RSM Arabia for Training and we are committed to ensuring the implementation of this policy, as are all employees in the entity, and any violation of this policy exposes the violator to disciplinary action according to the procedures followed in RSM Arabia for Training
